In order to receive 5* reviews from your guests, they need to receive 5* service from us. With the outstanding high quality packages we offer, those reviews will be yours in no time.

Our specialist packages are charged at the following commission at the end of each month after the booking platform fee has been paid. Excluding 'Clean Only'

Onboarding

High Tide 20%

The 'High Tide Package' is the option to let you, the property owner have a completely hands off approach. We handle all systems, arrange maintenance, servicing to include emergency call outs (annual gas & boiler checks, PAT testing). Window cleaning, gardening, putting out the bins and even collecting the mail.

Low Tide 18%

Our 'Low Tide Package' is perfect for the property owner who likes to have some input in the running of their home. A full A-Z inclusive hospitality & management package. All we ask is that you carry out the finer details to ensure your property is fully compliant.

A full list of this will be included in the contract.

Sandy Toes 15%

The 'Sandy Toes Package' covers all things technical & communication. The requirement from you as the property owner is to mange the cleaning, laundry, replenishment of products and complete change over for your guests. This must follow the standards we have in place as part of our company ethos.

Clean Only Service

The 'Clean Only' Package includes;

Pictures of before and after the guests have checked in/out. Replenishment of all towels & bedding. A complete clean to the standard we have in place as part of our company ethos. All Prices are dependant on the size of the property.
